(Updated: March 25, 2020 – 1.45pm CET)
Please read and respect the regulations put in place by any national and local authorities to fight the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. You find the current Norwegian travel restrictions at the bottom of this page. Regulations are implemented for a very important reason: we shall limit the spread of the coronavirus and save lives.
We value the health safety of both our guests and staff above anything else.
Therefore, all tours are halted until April 14, 2020.
DO YOU HAVE AN EXISTING BOOKING WITH US?
IF YOU HAVE A BOOKING WITH US FOR A TOUR UNTIL APRIL 14, 2020
Since it has become practically impossible for guests to travel to Norway at this moment, we have decided to be flexible with all guest cancellations, offering free rebooking, even if you are not eligible to a refund. This means you can rebook to a new date, anytime in the future, free of charge. Our credit vouchers never expire and can also be transferred to anyone of your likings.
Just send us an email at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
IF YOU HAVE A BOOKING WITH US FOR A TOUR AFTER APRIL 14, 2020.
In this case, we ask you to wait with contacting us as the situation is currently changing from day to day.
If you already now know that you will be unable to travel to Norway, we would like to offer you a free rebooking. This means you can rebook to a new date, anytime in the future, free of charge. Our credit vouchers never expire and can also be transferred to anyone of your likings.
Support local tourism companies by accepting free rebooking! It enables us to:
1) fight the virus
2) secure jobs
3) making sure you can still go on a vacation when this is all over
If you have suffered big losses, try to claim costs at your travel insurance. Some may cover costs related to private travel COVID-19 cancellations. They may require documentation that you cannot travel to Norway. Follow the links at the bottom of this page for documentation which you can use in filing your claim.
We want to thank all our guests for their flexibility! <3
ARE YOU CONSIDERING JOINING OUR TOURS AFTER APRIL 14
AND HAVING DOUBTS?
The corona virus outbreak situation is changing day to day. We fully understand that it is hard to know if it is a good idea to book your vacation for 2020 now. We are already working hard to be able to rewelcome guests for the 2020-season and launching new tour concepts once the corona situation has been resolved. We have also opened up our booking system for 2021.
Because of the outbreak of the corona virus, we’ve changed the (re)booking possibilities for all of our tours:
You can now book a tour with the guarantee of being able to change your booking, up to 12 hours before departure, at NO extra cost.
All our tours are now also bookable for the 2021 season.
The prices for 2021 have not been increased. When you have found a tour of your likings, click on the “Book Now” button to open the calender. It may take some clicks to get to 2021.
If you are considering a visit to Norway this year or in 2021, but are in need of information and answers before you are likely to visit Norway and join a tour, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
